Doing the work
Your content plan and articles
How Rankoya plans the month, what each draft includes and how articles get published.
The monthly plan
The Content page shows your plan for the month: how many articles, how many are published and how many are waiting for you.
If nothing is planned yet, ask Rankoya to plan the month. It picks topics from the questions you miss in AI answers and the keywords close to page one, and sets them on a calendar at your pace.
What each draft includes
Each article is researched against what ranks today and written in your brand voice, with:
- Headings, a meta title and a meta description
- A header image
- Internal links to related articles on your site
The editor's checklist also checks that the article cites at least two outside sources and links to three related pages.
Review and approve
Open a draft in the editor and change as much or as little as you like. Then choose Approve and schedule. Rankoya publishes on the date you set and tells you when the article is live.
Drafts waiting for you are marked so you can keep the schedule.
Where articles are published
Rankoya publishes to WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Wix or Ghost. If no publishing platform is connected, connect one from the editor, or copy the article over by hand. See Connect your website and Google data.
Keyword research, the content plan and article writing are included in the paid plans.
