Getting started
Connect your website and Google data
Where Rankoya publishes, what Search Console and Analytics add, and approvals on Telegram.
Open Integrations in Rankoya to connect the tools it publishes to, measures with and talks through. Each integration has its own page with the access it needs and step-by-step instructions.
Publishing
Rankoya publishes the articles you approve, and on WordPress it also applies approved on-page fixes such as titles and meta descriptions.
- WordPress: an application password
- Shopify: an Admin API access token, for your store's blog
- Webflow: a site API token and one CMS collection
- Wix: a Wix API key and site ID, for your Wix blog
- Ghost: an Admin API key
Without a connected platform, you can copy finished articles over by hand.
Google data
Both use a read-only Google sign-in in a new window. Rankoya never posts on your behalf, and you can revoke access from your Google account at any time.
- Google Search Console: real queries, clicks and impressions. Use Sync now to pull fresh data.
- Google Analytics: sessions and conversions from search and AI answers, by page.
After signing in, pick the property that belongs to the brand you are working on.
Approvals on Telegram
Telegram lets you approve work and talk to Rankoya away from your desk. Scan the code or open the chat, press Start, then confirm in Rankoya.
Who can change integrations
Workspace viewers can't change integrations. Ask a workspace admin.
